Rich chocolate cake oozes molten chocolate from center. Served with vanilla gelato and fresh raspberries and garnished with a tuile atoll. Garnished with crème anglaise and raspberry sauce.
crème brulee served with almond praline and fresh fruit garnish. Garnished with caramel sauce.
Carmelly pecan pie is layered onto creamy pumpkin pie in the same toasted shell and served with vanilla gelato and pumpkin seed brittle.
Caramel glazed flan is flavored with nutmeg and served with black berries, and chocolate crunch cookie.
