Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa to Host Summer Sunset Luaus for the 15th Straight Year
San Diego – The Bahia Resort Hotel and the Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa are participating once again in the San Diego Tourism Authority’s “Kids Free San Diego” initiative in October. Throughout the month, children 12 and younger eat free from the kids menu with a paying adult at Café Bahia and the Catamaran’s brand new restaurant Oceana Coastal Kitchen.
While resort guests can enjoy complimentary Mission Bay cruises aboard the Bahia Belle sternwheeler, children 12 and younger from the community are also welcome to ride the Bahia Belle free of charge with a paying adult ($10). The Bahia Belle cruises on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, departing the Bahia at 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. and departing the Catamaran at 7:00 and 8:00 p.m.
Other complimentary activities in San Diego for kids include admission to the world-famous San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld San Diego, Legoland California, Balboa Park museums, and the USS Midway Museum.
Both the Bahia and Catamaran received TripAdvisor’s 2015 Certificate of Excellence Award, an accolade that recognizes hospitality excellence and is given to only the top-performing 10 percent of businesses listed on the travel web site.
