SAN DIEGO, California (August 2011) – The Atoll restaurant located at the Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa will be participating in the citywide celebration of San Diego’s vibrant food scene. For one week Executive Chef, Steven Riemer, will be offering a prix fixe menu for both lunch and dinner at $15 and $30 satisfying taste buds and introducing his new menu.
Overseeing all culinary programs at The Catamaran Resort Hotel, Chef Riemer has crafted two delectable menus that offer the Polynesian influence of the Resort and soothing breeze of the bay front Atoll Restaurant.
