Vehicles are equipped with dash cameras for the safety and protection of passengers and drivers. Footage is securely stored and deleted unless required for official purposes. Data is never shared publicly and may only be accessed by authorized personnel, insurance representatives, or law enforcement when necessary. Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur the full fare as stated on the confirmation. Additional fees may apply for late changes, wait times, after-hours pickups, or additional stops.
