To ensure you have the best possible experience, we kindly ask you to be mindful of the following guidelines. These help us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for you, other guests, and our spa staff. If any questions arise, please reach out to our friendly team.

BOOK MY SPA SERVICE ONLINE

We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your spa appointment to avoid being charged the full treatment price. We understand that plans change, and we appreciate your consideration, as it allows us to accommodate other guests.

To ensure you secure your preferred services and times, especially for popular services, we recommend booking two weeks in advance for weekdays, and three to four weeks in advance for weekends or holidays, particularly during the summer. While same-day or next-day appointments are occasionally available, please call us at (858) 539-8820 or stop by the spa desk to check our current availability.

You can book your rejuvenating experience by calling our spa desk directly at (858) 539-8820, emailing us at catspares@catamaranresort.com, or using the convenience of our online booking system on our website.

Yes. A 20% service charge is automatically added to the full price of each treatment. This is thoughtfully distributed among your therapist (18%) and spa attendants/receptionists (2%). Guests are, of course, welcome to leave an additional gratuity for their therapist if they wish.

Yes. Groups of 10 or more guests celebrating a special occasion or planning a corporate retreat receive $20 off each spa service. Please contact us for details and to arrange your group booking.

Upon arrival at the resort, please pull a ticket at the kiosk and you may choose to self-park in the lot or parking garage, or use the valet service for an additional fee. We are happy to validate your parking for up to 6 hours. Simply bring your ticket to the spa desk or the Oceana Coastal Kitchen for validation.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your first scheduled treatment. This gives you ample time to check in, change into your cozy robe and sandals, shower, and begin relaxing in our tranquil space. You are welcome to enjoy the relaxation lounge, steam room, sauna, and outdoor co-ed whirlpool before or after your treatment. Guests may also access the fitness center and resort pool area.

We understand that delays happen. However, arriving late may require us to shorten your treatment time to ensure the next guest is not delayed. Please note that the full treatment price will still be charged. If it's your first visit, allow extra time to find us—we are conveniently located near the restaurant’s outdoor seating area of Oceana Coastal Kitchen, with the spa entrance facing Mission Bay.

Your comfort is our priority. Please undress to your desired level of comfort. Our licensed therapists are highly trained in professional draping techniques, ensuring your privacy is respected and only the area being treated is uncovered at any time.

For your comfort, we provide a personal locker, a plush robe, and sandals. Our relaxation lounge offers complimentary infused water, a variety of hot teas, and light snacks to keep you well-hydrated and refreshed before and after your treatments.

To ensure a tranquil and restorative experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you silence your cell phone and refrain from using it during your visit. Please help us maintain the peaceful sanctuary of the spa.

We recommend leaving jewelry and valuables at home or secured in your hotel safe. While a spa locker is provided for personal items, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen property. For your safety and comfort, alcohol is not permitted in the spa.

Yes. We offer a couple of different day passes through ResortPass. If you are a hotel guest, we also offer a $35 day pass rate.. IIf you are a guest staying at the Catamaran Resort Hotel, we also offer a discounted $35 day pass rate to access the spa facilities.

Guests 16 years or older may enjoy any spa service. Guests aged 12 and older may enjoy nail services, and those 14 and older may enjoy facial services. All guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may not access the spa facilities. A parent or guardian must sign a 'Release of Liability' form for any guest under 18.

Yes, please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or pregnancy when making your reservation and again at check-in. This ensures your safety and allows us to customize your treatment for the best possible experience.

Absolutely. Please inform us of your pregnancy so we can recommend treatments that are safe and comfortable for you. Expectant guests may need to avoid deep pressure, certain massage areas, and heat treatments. As a friendly reminder, we do not offer 1st trimester prenatal massage as this is the most delicate stage of pregnancy. If you have any additional questions, our reservation team is happy to guide you.

Both physical and egift cards are available in any dollar amount and can be purchased online or via the spa desk or at the hotel’s reception desk. Gift cards can be redeemed for spa services, spa retail products, dining at Oceana Coastal Kitchen, or overnight accommodations at the Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa.

We are delighted to accept Spafinder gift cards! Please note that they must be redeemed in person at the spa desk upon checkout after the completion of your service. Spafinder gift cards cannot be used to hold or guarantee spa reservations in advance.

To join, simply complete a membership application and return it to catspares@catamaranresort.com. After your application has been reviewed, you will receive a credit card authorization form for your recurring membership payments. After the authorization form is completed, a member of our team will notify you that your membership is active and you can begin enjoying your benefits!

To ensure you receive our team's full attention and care, your manicure and pedicure will be scheduled back-to-back. Currently, we have one dedicated nail technician to provide the highest quality service for each treatment.
