Paddle Board Yoga Public: $45 | Hotel Guests & Spa Members: $35 

Experience a unique class that combines traditional yoga poses with the challenge of balancing on a stand-up paddle board. Open to all levels and ages, it’s the perfect blend of relaxation, core stability, and outdoor adventure.

Begin your day with a peaceful open-air yoga session overlooking the serene waters of Mission Bay. Enjoy the calming views as you move through a gentle sequence guided by an experienced instructor. Mats are provided.
