Enjoy traditional carving stations with roast turkey and mustard crusted roast pork as well as a seafood station with cold poached salmon, peel-and-eat shrimp and crab salad. Additional main dishes range from penne pasta and sea bass to braised short ribs and grilled chicken, and sides include glazed carrots, caramelized Brussels sprouts, and chive mash potatoes. Conclude the meal with a decadent selection of seasonal desserts.
